1. Scope

This Delivery & Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Bit Spark, including but not limited to website development, mobile app development, hosting, and digital marketing projects.


2. Service Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated at the time of project initiation and may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and availability of required materials.
  • All deliverables will be shared digitally through email, WhatsApp, or project management tools approved by Bit Spark.
  • The project delivery process begins only after receiving the booking amount and all necessary project data (content, images, credentials, etc.) from the client.
  • Delays caused due to client-side inaction, content unavailability, or lack of communication will not be considered as a delay from Bit Spark’s end.
  • Once the final version of the website/app is approved by the client, Bit Spark will provide delivery credentials or deployment access as per the agreed scope.

3. Revisions and Modifications

  • Revisions will be provided as per the chosen package or agreed terms at project start.
  • Additional changes beyond the included revision scope will be billed separately.
  • Any new feature requests, redesigns, or functionality modifications after project approval will be treated as a new project or an extension.

4. Refund Policy

  • The booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Once work has commenced, any amount paid toward design, development, or hosting cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds are not applicable for domain registrations, hosting, third-party integrations, or purchased licenses.
  • In case Bit Spark fails to deliver the committed services due to unforeseen internal reasons, a partial refund (up to 50% of the total project value) may be processed at Bit Spark’s discretion after internal evaluation.
  • Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@bitspark.co.in with complete details and valid reasons within 7 days of the issue. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If the client remains unresponsive for more than 7 consecutive days, the project will be considered cancelled, and all paid amounts will be forfeited.
  • Bit Spark reserves the right to cancel or suspend a project if the client violates any terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information.
  • In case of project cancellation initiated by the client, no refund will be processed for work already done or resources allocated.

6. Delivery Confirmation

  • The project will be marked “delivered” once the client approves the final preview or the project is uploaded to the live server/app store.
  • Post-delivery changes or errors not part of the initial agreement will be chargeable.

7. Maintenance and Support

  • Post-delivery maintenance or technical support is available only under an active maintenance contract or AMC.
  • Bit Spark is not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues arising after delivery unless covered under such an agreement.
